I seem to be having an issue using both the configuration flag and the livereload flag when running my Ionic 4 app on an emulator or device. Ionic does not only focus on specific layouts but also on specific transitions and behaviors (e.g on iOS ionic allow scrolling to bounce past the edges of the content by default but not on Android).
